Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, or if something is missing from your package, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photographs of the damaged items for verification.

We will offer to replace the item, refund your purchase, or provide a store credit, depending on the situation and availability.

In general, returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Customized, personalized, or final sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
